Job Description As a Team Member, you will assist with front line food preparation procedures. This position will also wipe down tables and maintain a clean dining room and parking lot. Responsibilities of this position include ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service, consistent quality product portions; maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment while abiding by all safety rules, policies and procedures. A qualified candidate must be able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping for extensive portions of time; tolerate extreme temperatures and noise levels in the work area, be able to follow verbal and written instructions along with reading recipes. The Food Service Team Member must have good manual dexterity to be able to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods. Some high school courses preferred.
